Her unique background encompasses food production oversight, scientific research management, regulatory compliance, and command leadership of large, diverse organizations. Dr. Bowers' agricultural expertise was initially developed at Rose Acre Farms, where she successfully established a dried egg powder manufacturing plant, implementing rigorous quality control systems including HACCP protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices. This experience provided invaluable insights into food safety regulations, production facility management, and USDA compliance requirements that directly inform Golgi Farms' operational framework. Her scientific career includes significant contributions at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where she served as Health Scientist in multiple capacities. During her tenure at CDC, Dr. Bowers led cross-functional initiatives, developed quality management systems, and coordinated complex research programs. She further expanded her scientific expertise at Novartis-Ciba Vision, where she improved manufacturing processes and implemented new product developments from research through scale-up and full production. 

Dr. Bowers' military career demonstrates her exceptional leadership capabilities. Currently serving as Commander of the 313th Hospital Center and preparing to assume command of the 5th Medical Brigade, she has extensive experience managing complex organizations, developing strategic partnerships, and optimizing resource allocation.
